Ross came to Trinity in December, 2005. His desire in ministry is to support the Pastor and church staff to the unity of the church, fellowship of believers and to see the lost saved. He desires to teach people to fall in love with Jesus and continue an ongoing relationship with Him. As he ministers, his desire is to communicate hope to people.

Ross and Nancy have four sons, Stephen, Jared, Dustin, and Ryan, 4 daughters-in-law and 4 granddaughters and 1 grandson. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology.

Music is and has always been an important part of Ross’ life and he believes music is a very important need in ministry. He plays the guitar and trombone and has traveled semi-professional with the Tidesman Quartet out of Miami, Florida. He began a chorale for a youth ministry that performed on a church television broadcast, worked with choirs, put together musicals, and combined with other churches for special services. From solo work to multiple choir musicals the purpose and desire is that the Gospel and the Ministry be enriched because of music.
